- BBBrittanyApr 29, 20261.0My daughter has had a lot of issues with her teeth and when she had a cleaning done earlier in April we noticed that she was having pain when the dental assistant was flossing. We scheduled an appointment here where she’s had a silver cap placed before and this time around it was horrible they took her back and numbed her to do the work and then came out and said that my daughter was being difficult and in order to get the work done they would have to put her to sleep at the surgery center and I noticed them telling other parents the same thing as well so I’m not sure if it’s just a scam to bill more from peoples insurance but we ended the day with my daughter completely miserable because she was numb and crying and upset and still waiting to get her cavity fixed so tooth pain on top of this. I wish Dr Tanya muse was still taking patients regularly because she worked on my older daughter when she was 6 and didn’t use gas and didn’t separate me from my daughter in order to do the work and didn’t need all these flashy games and stuff she just was an incredible person and dentist.

They scared my son, they literally just lifted him into the table and started filling his mouth with purple paste, he had no idea who these women were, they didn't talk to him, they seemed to hate there job and they made him hate going to dentists. I switched him to children's dentistry and they have been awesome, very polite and professional.
