- DADevin AckermannMay 2, 20262.0I made an appointment for 12:30 pm. When I show up there right on time, no one is at the desk and they have a “be back soon” sign up. I ask someone at the pharmacy about it and they tell me that the little clinic staff is on their lunch break. I don’t know why you would take your lunch break at that time if you know you have an appointment, or why are you not checking when you have appointments for the day? I had to wait 30-40 minutes past my appointment time.
- JPJoshua PruittSep 30, 20215.0The NP Meredith was wonderful to me and the lady up front (I think her name was peyton) was super sweet and they had me in and out the clinic in minutes! they both made me feel so welcomed! Definitely recommend the little clinic!

My appointment time was 1:03 pm when I arrived at 12:50 someone was right in front of me which was understandable ,at 1:10 pm the nurse on duty apologized and said she would fit me and the other guy waiting before lunch, she then seen the other guy and he left. I was still waiting patiently at 1:32 I looked up to see she had left and put the provider on lunch sign on the monitor with no mention to me . I understand having a lunch break but I could have been notified I wasn’t going to be seen until after lunch instead of just waiting..very unprofessional .
