  Switched to this place because I am in the store all the time and had become disgruntled with the incompetence of now defunct Rite-Aide. They do a great job and have always been pleased with them.

  Been sitting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes when there were only 3 cars in front of me. Lady at the window doesn't acknowledge me as a pull up and proceeds to walk away before saying anything. Been sitting at the window for 3 minutes and have yet to be acknowledged. Meanwhile, the entire staff, including the pharmacists are inside laughing while there's a line of cars behind me. Get some qualified people to work here, Kroger! Total time for pickup - 32 minutes. Ridiculous.

  The pharmacist and most of the techs are pleasant but Jamie (one of the pharmacy technicians) is extremely rude. Due to some unfortunate health concerns I have been to the pharmacy several times in the past few months and I have had the unpleasant experience of being “assisted” by Jamie. He is incredibly rude and acts as though you’re putting him out by asking questions. Just recently he gave me the wrong diabetic strips and when questioned about this mistake he told me I needed to contact my insurance and wouldn’t even check into the issue. After contacting my insurance I was told to go back to the pharmacy because it was a pharmacy error and again Jamie was incredibly rude. Fortunately, the pharmacist and other technicians were very helpful and I was able to get my money back and the correct prescription but not without a fight from Jamie and not even an apology for all the inconvenience and being without strips for a day due to his error.
