- RVRED VLOGSJan 29, 20185.0Arrived clinic closed for lunch . Asked another pt waiting how to sign in pointed to a computer so I signed in . A few mins went by and the staff emerged . The receptionist Sydney made us aware if we see prs come in and are called back before us they have online registration which I appreciate hearing . The lady in front of me I overheard they couldn’t accept Medicare / Medicaid pts at this time . I have Anthem primary so she asked another employee so I was happy I didn’t need to drive somewhere else . The wait time was minimal Sydney was courteous and thorough . Angel saw me and was courteous and thorough . I was allowed to ask questions and very happy with the visit . I will definerly will use the clinic again and I recommend for anyone my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy . I received a visit summary to refer to if needed . Thank you Angel & Sydney
