Jake was a great conversationalist and had a great demeanor which helped and Warren was silently and efficiently filling the orders behind him. These two impressive gentlemen deserve a raise!

They assure me it would be by 11am. I have to start this medicine today and they have taken several days to do it. Well it still wasn’t ready even though I called and they promised. Kathleen was like you’re out of luck we can do it. Was not helpful. Frank took control and did what was right! He said no, you guys do it right now! She was promised! Thank you Frank!

Once I showed up today to get an order that was sent in almost a full week ago, they told me I could wait an hour or come back to "hopefully" have it by the end of the day. Now my son has gone a week without his medication. I'm very frustrated. This is not the first time we have had this issue with Kroger pharmacy. We will not be back.

They don't even refill scrips until you go in and ask them to. You have to go in because they don't answer the phone. If they aren't capable of getting people medicine when it's needed, they should send the scrips to someone else to fill.
