- JMJason MontgomeryMay 1, 20261.0I would give negative stars if that was an option. I have been trying to call and get ahold of someone for 3 DAYS because we don't live over where this pharmacy is. The pharmacy we use has been calling and sending fax trying to get our prescriptions moved over....No reply and no answer. When we did use this pharmacy we would regularly have prescriptions not filled for over a week with no explanations why. Going there and talking to someone is no help either. They do what they want and don't care about the customers. Just look at all the negative reviews they have. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This pharmacy should be shut down.

- DOdustin olgineMar 23, 20261.0Zero stars if I could. Prospect resident and this Kroger pharmacy went from OK to miserable. Drive thru is NEVER OPEN during open hours. Over the last 90 days, drive thru has never been available. Phone will ring for 5 minutes with no human answer. Prescriptions are never ready on time and you MUST GO INSIDE to be helped. After standing 20 minutes in line, they proceed to tell you your prescription submitted days earlier will be ready in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later you must stand in line again! What has happened to this place?! Moving prescriptions to Walgreens next door.
