  I had a wonderful first apt! They took time to really look at what work had already been done and how we can fix it. They took many X-rays and were very transparent about the plan moving forward. Wonderful with setting up a plan that fits my budget and very informative about my dental future.

  These people at Paducah dental were polite knowledgeable and very concerned with my questions and situation. I got in for a consult visit within days not weeks or months. They actually fixed my problem in that first visit! Thank you Paducah Dental and Dr Mangino.

  Without a doubt, the best dental exam I have ever had. The whole staff was pleasant and professional. Even though my exam didn't turn out positive, they acted on it right away, they moved forward to get the help I needed. Within a few weeks, this will allow my teeth and gums to return to a healthier state. (So important for heart health.)

  Friendly staff that are professional at what they do. I drove 130 miles one way to get to them and glad that I did. I received a phone call around 7pm tonight with the Doctor checking up me to make sure I was doing ok. Awesome place to go to the dentist.
