Stacy at Home Instead was the only Director who immediately provided me 24 hour sitters. When one didn't show up for her shift, they had their stand by sitter there within minutes. I have been 100% impressed with their professionalism, communication and caregiving. I highly recommend Home Instead for either at home or at an assisted living care if you require a sitter.
