  I was told that I need a referral from my primary care physician for a routine eye exam after making an appointment and spending a lot of time uploading my insurance cards. Completely untrue.

  Love the doctor. She is very informative, energetic, polite, and treated me like a person and not just a customer number. She made it feel more like a buddy talk instead of the stress of being at a doctor's visit. That's the reason I keep coming back. But I will not be doing any other services when its being involved with Brandi. She is rude and seems to act as if she'd rather do something else. As if im bothering her when I have a question or try on new frames. I have been coming to this location for many years and each time I have an encounter with Brandi, it was always awkward and rude. But the doctor always greeted me with a smile and a good day. I only return for the doctor's input but avoid the hassle of feeling as if im an inconvenience when it comes to Brandi. Im sorry it comes to this but if she doesn't want to be there, she shouldn't make customers feel it too.

  Dr. Albert takes the time to go over x-rays and advise about different options for eye care. Excellent experience.
