  I love Dr. Farmer she is very thorough. However that can cause a Long wait if you are not the first patient in the morning. My appt was at 11:30. I arrived early. I waited in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. They call you back for weight and bp and waited in the second waiting room for almost an hour. Then they put us in exam room 1 sat for about 10 minutes and then put us in second exam room. Waited for an additional 20 minutes and then left. If I come back I will be first patient. I love Dr. Farmer's thoroughness but my time is important too.

  Very unhelpful bunch at this office. I was recommended this office and unfortunately received the opposite of great care. First, I'll let you know that my provider, Meagan Obst, was extremely rude and dismissive to me during my visit with her. I was experiencing debilitating symptoms and she dismissed me by simply saying "What do you want me to do about it?". I was in tears and she left me in the room like that. I have since moved on to another practice for my primary care and was immediately referred to several specialists who DID find something wrong, which would not have been caught had I continued to go to FPA. Second, their billing department decided to bill my old insurance for a routine yearly visit (which was completely covered under my insurance at the time). Yes, I had given them my new insurance information the day of my appointment. They filed the claim so late, by the time I was alerted and called them about why I owed for the visit, they said there was "nothing they could do about it being billed to the wrong insurance" and that I needed to call my insurance to sort it out. I called my insurance and they said it was up to the practice to bill correctly. I called FPA back and got no help. I ended up paying $1,500 out of pocket for a yearly check-up that was covered under my insurance at the time. Extremely unprofessional office all around. Highly do not recommend.

  Used to have nothing but good things to say about this practice but new policies are all about money and patients don’t matter.

  Been seeing a doctor here for a few months to help manage my adhd and depression. Due to the nature of the medication I have visit in person every month to get my prescription. Had an appointment today, and woke up to a text saying the doctor wasn’t going to be in today and that my appointment was canceled, and the earliest I could be seen by a doctor that can prescribe my medication wouldn’t be available for 2 weeks. My medication has withdrawal effects, and was basically told I was out of luck when I called. Ridiculous they charge a $50 cancellation fee, but your doctor can cancel the day of and it’s nothing.

  After horrible experiences at the Hamburg office that led me to leave for good, I think I should be fair and praise the Brannon office. Dr. Obst and the staff here really seem to care. It’s easy to get appointments and unlike Hamburg, my phone calls and messages are returned and I feel like the providers are really listening when I describe problems. Everyone from the front desk to the providers to the lab has been pleasant, professional, and (big difference from Hamburg) I actually get to see the same people when I come in, and they spend time getting it right.
