  Spent $120 there today and the woman working the register gets an attitude because I asked if my rewards dollars came off… then spent 10 minutes going back and forth with me whether I have points or not. We tried to do a return and she was trying to talk us out of it saying it will stay on our credit card for daysssss if we do that. It’s the same woman who’s always there, always with a crappy attitude. Who hurt you? Are you ok? Take some classes in customer service lady.

  Some young kid was extremely rude and refused to take my return and wanted to argue with me. I have been a long time customer and spent thousands here at this gnc. I will take my money elsewhere. This happened at 12:30 on Monday. The guy kept saying I was threatening him just told him we can meet somewhere he told me my muscles didn't mean anything lol Updated spoke with the manager she was really nice and professional about the situation will change my review and update it. I will return to this gnc and give it another chance after speaking to the manager.

  The employees are very knowledgeable in there products and will make sure that your money will not be waisted.you will walk out satisfied.
