  I started CB two years ago when I lived in Houston. Since moving back home, I have found LOVE at CB Middletown. I have been going for over a year and absolutely love it. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The instructors are amazing and make you truly feel part of the CB family. They have classes seven days a week, multiple times per day. There are 30 and 45 minute classes. They also do theme rides that are so fun. Annie is the owner and she is the BEST! If you are looking to try something new..here is your sign! Go ride and fall in love!!!

  The community at CB Middletown Station is unlike any other workout class I’ve ever experienced. I started classes over 2 years ago, and the instructors and staff at CB have become like a family. They are very accommodating to your needs and always available to help however they can. The staff works hard to keep the studio super clean, especially during the pandemic. I would highly recommend checking out CB Middletown Station if you’re looking for some fun cardio, even if you’re new to working out!!

  I can't say enough good about this studio! This is the second CycleBar I've been a member of and the instructors are top notch! All of the staff is friendly and helpful, and they always greet everyone with a smile. Overall customer service is fantastic too. If you're looking for a great place to get some good exercise, this is it!
