- JGJasmine Gibson2 days ago2.0For context, I have worn glasses for the last 20+ years of my life. Ive worn cheap <100 dollar frames and designer frames. I’ve been through many glasses. The quality is just not there. Upon arrival, within a few weeks I had went to the Oxmoor store a few times for adjustments. Okay, normal to get them to fit correctly. However, since then I’ve had to return monthly for adjustments to tighten because the frames seem to loosen very quickly. When I purchased them I got the frames measurements and compared to my existing glasses and the measurements are the exact same so it’s not a problem of them being too big for my face because my previous frames never did this and rarely had to go in for tightenings. Also, less than one month of having them, a screw came loose, I just tightened it myself thinking just error in fabrication and didn’t tighten enough from the beginning. Well less than a week later it came loose again so I finally went in and they replaced the screw. It has stayed tightened ever since so I guess it was a faulty screw put in from the beginning. I’ve also had a nose pad replaced 3 times now because of it peeling off. I was going to request a new pair (thinking maybe I got a faulty pair) as they have a replacement within 30 days but missed it by one week. The only positives I see are the frames are SUPER cute which is the main reason i went with war y Parker. Process online was rather easy and I got the glasses delivered in 2 days with paying extra for expedited shipping.

They lie that their internet is down. 25 years with them, this time we part ways. Oh, I forgot, they're texting me 10 times, if we're late they'll charge me $25. They're canceling the appointment while I'm at the store, wouldn't it be logical for my wife and I to give them a penalty?

I’m going back here for my eye appointment because I came from visiiokworks and everything about that experience was horrible and this place is just so much better
