Community Fitness and Wellness (CFW) gym at UofL Health – Frazier Rehabilitation Institute is located at 250 East Liberty, just 2 blocks from the hospital’s campus in Louisville, Kentucky. CFW is a fully accessible gym with state-of-the-art equipment and professionally trained staff, offering specialized, activity-based exercise interventions to individuals with physical impairments. Individuals can join this program to improve cardiovascular/aerobic fitness, muscular strengthening and flexibility. The gym is staffed by exercise science professionals.
