- SSShannon SmithFeb 8, 20251.0My son and I went to get our flu shots today at The Little Clinic, Springhurst. We saw Brittany Boylan, APRN. She refused to let my son use a shot blocker (literal piece of textured plastic that pushes against your arm at the same time as your shot to confuse pain censors and decrease the pain of the shot). I attempted to educate her and advocate for his care, she got loud and flat out refused to even be educated. She was rude and made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating.
