Not as fond of step 1 training inserts but was able to wear 1.5 hrs which is more than directed. Step 2 inserts for all day r going great, 6hrs & still going strong. I was having pain in heels & balls of feet. Comfort level is much better than expected I give it an 8 for day 1. I m aware of inserts but no pain! And no pain in heels already!! So glad I made this purchase! I forgot to mention I m wearing inserts in worn out tennis shoes. Good feet store did not have my choice of color in my favorite shoes, Brooks Ghost 18 so ordered on line. Felt like I was walking on clouds in store. Cannot wait to try inserts in my new shoes!!
