He took his time explaining everything and made sure all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the care and attention he gave me. Heather was also wonderful! She was so helpful when it came to choosing my glasses and made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and confident with my selection. She was patient, attentive, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Both Dr. Snipes and Heather went above and beyond to make sure I received excellent care and service. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and a great experience from start to finish!
