I called 15 minutes before close last week and Jillian excitedly scheduled me an appointment for the following afternoon. Everyone was on time. Chloe is super sweet; Dr Cohen is very nice; and, of course Jillian is very thoughtful to not only get me in on short notice but to also identify my DL is expiring and offering to fill out the form for the DMV. Once my prescription was set, I went to buy frames and the crew had them ready in THIRTY MINUTES. I was told they only have a really small lab at this location and there’s a chance I could wait up to 7 weeks for my frames. So I was stoked when they were ready in a half hour. The young men who work in the sales side are so fun and upbeat. I loved everyone who works here and I’m definitely sending all my friends and family here
