- JGJames GFeb 24, 20261.0This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. The only reason I use it is because my doctor doesn’t deal with my regular pharmacy. This place never answers their phone tells you to come pick up a medication at a certain time you get there for them to tell you it can’t be picked up yet but the worst part is they never answer the phone and then it goes to voicemail and they want you to leave three pages of information for them to return your call

My daughter is sick a prescription was called in they don’t have any of them cause you know … why would a pharmacy actually have medicine right .. but here’s my thing they don’t call they don’t tell you they wait till you call or you show up to go hmmm sorry but we don’t have any of these and nooo idea when or if we will .. call your doctor .. what is wrong with these people . We called hours ago asking if it was ready they said not yet give it a hour or two and it will be ready we wait we call and they tell us they don’t have any of the meds at all… they are all on back order ?? Now wouldn’t you tell us that on the first call now the pharmacy is about to close and my daughter is without meds thanks for nothing Kroger pharmacy . Attn head of Kroger just cut the cord on this pharmacy just close the whole thing down it’s useless . You will save yourself a lot of bad reviews Kroger if you just close the entire outer loop pharmacy down .
