Vaccinations
Routine vaccinations are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself healthy. Our pharmacies provide annual flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccinations, routine child and adult immunizations, catch-up vaccines and travel vaccines.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis A, an infection in the liver often spread by contaminated food and caused by hepatitis A virus. Adults traveling outside the country, those with chronic liver disease, and men who have sex with men need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis B, a blood-borne infection of the liver caused by hepatitis B virus. Adults with chronic health conditions and healthcare workers should get three doses of this vaccine.
This vaccine protects against HPV, the major cause of cervical cancer, anal cancer, and genital warts in both women and men. Adults age 9-26 need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against influenza, a contagious viral infection of the nose, throat, and lungs. Everyone 6 months and older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.
This vaccine protects against the respiratory disease measles, the infectious disease mumps, and the viral disease rubella. Adults born in 1957 or later need at least one dose.
There are two types of meningococcal vaccines that protect against meningococcal disease, a leading cause of bacterial meningitis infections around the brain and spinal cord. All 11-12 year olds should get a meningococcal conjugate vaccine and a booster dose at 16 years old. People age 16-23 years also may get a serogroup B meningococcal vaccine.
These vaccines protect against pneumococcal disease, caused by bacteria leading to ear and sinus infections as well as more serious lung and blood infections. If you smoke, have heart disease, asthma, chronic lung disease, or are over 65 years old, you need at least one dose.
This vaccine protects against polio, a disease that can infect a person’s spinal cord and cause paralysis. Children are recommended to get one vaccine dose at 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 through 18 months old, and 4 through 6 years old.
These vaccines protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis which are contagious bacterial diseases. Adults need one dose of Tdap, then a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years.
Physical & Wellness Screenings
Our pharmacies offer a number of wellness screenings to help detect and prevent certain diseases.
When you come in for a biometric screening, your provider will measure your height, weight and blood pressure. They will also test your blood glucose, and lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL) using a finger prick to obtain a blood sample. Before leaving you will have your results along with risk reduction counseling to help you achieve your optimum health. **Biometric Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Blood glucose measurement detects the amount of glucose (sugar) in the bloodstream. High or low blood sugars could indicate a metabolic condition, such as diabetes.
Hemoglobin A1C measures your average blood glucose (sugar) over the past 90 days. An elevated hemoglobin A1C could indicate the presence of diabetes. **Hemoglobin A1C Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Cholesterol screening measures the amount of cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood. Cholesterol screenings can detect conditions such as high cholesterol or high triglycerides.

The inability to fill a prescription properly is startling. Would not recommend getting any prescription filled here unless you want to deal with various problems along the way.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They don’t answer the phone and when they finally do they’re extremely rude. I asked if I could get my antidepressants earlier than the estimated time since I’m going through withdrawals & they said no without even asking my name or birthday.

The pharmacy techs I've seen for years there are always excellent and deserve the most praise.
The pharmacy itself is not run well. Communication is terrible. The hours are limited on certain days now due to staffing issues and they are closed on Sundays completely.
The cherry on top was the pharmacist himself who asked me if I was pregnant when getting the medication and when I said "no" he quite obviously and rudely looked up from the computer gave me skeptical look as he looked my body up and down and waited at least 15 seconds to accept my answer. It not only made me uncomfortable it made the sweet pharmacy tech who called him over to ask the medication questions uncomfortable. Very unprofessional, you aren't hired to be sherlock holmes sir if I say "no" I mean "no". It seems you have trouble understanding that word. Kroger do better.

I went to pick up my seizure meds, routine, been on them for years nothing has changed. They told me that the script was sent to walgreens. Walgreens is not my pharmacy so I am very confused. I double check with my provider. She assures me that it has been sent in the correct location. My fiance goes, causes a scene, finally they give me a month supply. It's supposed to be 90 day supply. AND they charged me double what it is supposed to cost, for less than half what my prescription is supposed to do. Absolutely livid. I ran out of meds in the middle of this whole ordeal and that did not go well for me.
