  They are never open long enough. They close 3pm on a Saturday? No. That is ridiculously early. 5pm on Sunday too. I drove by and the lunch time is 1 to 1:30, drive thru closed, no one answering. I am filing a complaint to the board of pharmacy. This is ridiculous to be closed this much. You are screwing the public. You want shorter hours, work somewhere else. This is not even reasonable to be closed this much.

  This pharmacy is terrible. I’m sure the employees aren’t getting paid well, majority of my experiences here have been met with rude employees, the hours posted aren’t always abided by, the drive-thru is often marked as closed even though the pharmacy is open, and they take forever to fill prescriptions even for common medications. I only switched to Kroger pharmacy when we moved. Previously used Walmart and never experienced issues like this. It’s convenient but I dread filling my prescriptions here.

  This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to my whole 30 years of existence. I have to pick up 2 scripts every 2 weeks and every 2 weeks I have to have prior authorization so I can't even pick up my Medicine. Also, they're supposed to open up at 9AM But they open whenever they feel like it I guess, but i'm over it. I highly suggest just using walgreens at least then you're able to just go on about your day with your medication.

  They need to get their act together. Had a prescription called in at 2:00 and went to pick it up but was told it’d be ready in 4 hrs lol!! That’s just insane. CVS or Walgreens is 20 minutes max. Kroger’s for groceries but never getting a script there again lol.

  Gave me the WRONG prescription. Isn't that illegal? How does that happen?!
