Vaccinations
Routine vaccinations are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself healthy. Our pharmacies provide annual flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccinations, routine child and adult immunizations, catch-up vaccines and travel vaccines.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis A, an infection in the liver often spread by contaminated food and caused by hepatitis A virus. Adults traveling outside the country, those with chronic liver disease, and men who have sex with men need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis B, a blood-borne infection of the liver caused by hepatitis B virus. Adults with chronic health conditions and healthcare workers should get three doses of this vaccine.
This vaccine protects against HPV, the major cause of cervical cancer, anal cancer, and genital warts in both women and men. Adults age 9-26 need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against influenza, a contagious viral infection of the nose, throat, and lungs. Everyone 6 months and older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.
This vaccine protects against the respiratory disease measles, the infectious disease mumps, and the viral disease rubella. Adults born in 1957 or later need at least one dose.
There are two types of meningococcal vaccines that protect against meningococcal disease, a leading cause of bacterial meningitis infections around the brain and spinal cord. All 11-12 year olds should get a meningococcal conjugate vaccine and a booster dose at 16 years old. People age 16-23 years also may get a serogroup B meningococcal vaccine.
These vaccines protect against pneumococcal disease, caused by bacteria leading to ear and sinus infections as well as more serious lung and blood infections. If you smoke, have heart disease, asthma, chronic lung disease, or are over 65 years old, you need at least one dose.
This vaccine protects against polio, a disease that can infect a person’s spinal cord and cause paralysis. Children are recommended to get one vaccine dose at 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 through 18 months old, and 4 through 6 years old.
These vaccines protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis which are contagious bacterial diseases. Adults need one dose of Tdap, then a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years.
Physical & Wellness Screenings
Our pharmacies offer a number of wellness screenings to help detect and prevent certain diseases.
When you come in for a biometric screening, your provider will measure your height, weight and blood pressure. They will also test your blood glucose, and lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL) using a finger prick to obtain a blood sample. Before leaving you will have your results along with risk reduction counseling to help you achieve your optimum health. **Biometric Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Blood glucose measurement detects the amount of glucose (sugar) in the bloodstream. High or low blood sugars could indicate a metabolic condition, such as diabetes.
Hemoglobin A1C measures your average blood glucose (sugar) over the past 90 days. An elevated hemoglobin A1C could indicate the presence of diabetes. **Hemoglobin A1C Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Cholesterol screening measures the amount of cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood. Cholesterol screenings can detect conditions such as high cholesterol or high triglycerides.

Not RECOMMEND! Closes early or does not open on schedule days. Rarely answers the phone. Hard to get prescription on time. Don't waste your time or gas!!

Prescriptions are never on time. I was there today at 12:45PM and they were closed. They need to do better to say the least.

******UPDATE******
I have received numerous emails with nothing more than the Generic "We are sorry you had issues with Kroger's, but we care". But no resolution of the issue and no show of truly caring. Every time I have replied to them, that is all I get back. Great show of disrespect to your customers!
*****Update*****
I just sat in the drive thru for over an hour and a half to be told that I do not have any refills waiting to be filled. The pharmacist refused to use the intercom and wanted you to fill out a home made form. And she didn't have any printed up and had to hand write each one. Very NASTY lady. She lied to try and keep from doing what she is paid to do. She stated that neither me or my wife had anything. When I showed her on my phone then she played around on her computer. Since I wasn't paying attention because she refused to use the intercom, she knocked on the window and held up a note. Basically, telling me that she REFUSED to fill our prescriptions. When I asked her if this location was closing as I have heard she just looked away. So off to Meijer's I am going to have someone who is not a NASTY, IMPOLITE Individual. Way to treat a long time customer. Very Disrespectful.......
My prescriptions have shown in progress for up to 2-3 weeks before. If they weren't needed right away I wouldn't push it and because I was told it was due to insurance on my maintenance drug's. But lately it doesn't matter what it is. Refills or new prescriptions, it just shows in Progress and you have to go up there to get them to start to filling them. They will fill while you wait, but who has time to wait every time you called in a prescription.
They never answer the phone. They seem to have closed the inside and want you to go through the drive thru. The only problem with that is that no matter when you get there, there is always a line wrapping around the building. In the past I have been told that they can't keep Pharmacist's due to not paying enough. And having to deal with a couple at this location, I can see they just hire what they can. No manners or people skills. As far as the techs, very nice and polite.
Kroger needs to step up and take a look at this store's pharmacy. If they don't want to be in the pharmacy business, at least man up and let everyone know so they can just go elsewhere. This is just a show of bad customer service as far as how Kroger's goes.

This pharmacy has lost total control over their staff working efficiently, getting medicines ordered for their patients, and getting medicines they do have in stock filled on the dates due. They constantly will shut their phone ringer off and not answer. The customer service has completely fell flat. Time for myself to go find another pharmacy.
