- RPRhonda PerkinsSep 20, 20251.0My dad's experience for the last year has been horrible. The management do not care who they send out. They over-bill and over charge for people just to sit on their phones and not interact with clients Management will not return calls. Some (not all) have stolen items,they eat and drink his personal food. They fall asleep during a shift. When you call to address concerns,no one corrects the activity. The management gets an attitude when you call to address matters. They have a #2 rating. Oh its lots more. Crazy thing is they probably wont see this rating. Oh yeah today they keep telling me that my shift at 6pm is covered, by the same person that has not showed up for the last 3weeks.
