  Terrible doctor. She was treating my daughter for acne, but after many months on the same medication with no improvement, she still wanted to continue the exact same treatment “in hopes it might work.” She also insisted on prescribing only name-brand medications through a specialty pharmacy. This raised concerns for me about a possible conflict of interest.

  I’m only leaving a comment because this horrible woman who calls herself a professional dermatologist has committed fraud by sending me an additional bill. I paid my copay in office and that was it. This so called PD didn’t look at my scalp. Didn’t touch my scalp. Didn’t use any derm tools to diagnose any scalp conditions, she did not understand that I have locs and not braids, she didn’t understand my ethnicity AND SHE Asked me what medication I wanted to “fix” my scalp issues. I should’ve charged her. I in addition to all of that, I was in the waiting area for over an hour. All kinds of persons were coming in. Her office is filthy, I was in my work clothes and still stood the whole time. Bathroom was nasty and I could go on but I’ll stop here. I will be calling the dermatologist association and filing a formal complaint. I advised anyone not to go to her.

  Dr. Dickinson was so knowledgeable and personable. She really listened to my concerns and explained everything she was doing during my visit!! I had skin spots that needed attention!!! Follow up in 2 weeks!! For once I am excited to go to the Dr. Her bubbly personality and care just won me over!!!

  I wish I could leave zero stars. I had a very disappointing experience at this dermatology office. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that patient care is not a priority. Not a single staff member was friendly or showed any real concern—everything felt cold and transactional. The wait times are unacceptable. No matter what time your appointment is scheduled, you can expect to sit in the waiting room for at least an hour before being called back. And even then, you’re not actually seen—you’ll wait another 30 to 45 minutes in the exam room. There’s zero communication or acknowledgment of the delays, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating. You’re definitely treated like just another number here, not a patient. I would not recommend this office if you value your time or want a provider who actually cares about your experience.
