Surgery
Dr. Gossman received a Doctor of Medicine Degree from the State University of New York, completed an internship in Surgery in Buffalo, New York and additional training in Neurosurgery at Case-Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. An Ophthalmology residency was completed at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation followed by a Fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Emory University School of Medicine.
Dr. Gossman joined the University of Louisville in 1986 and established the first full-time Oculoplastic Surgery Service serving as its director. Thereafter he opened a private practice. As member of the clinical faculty of plastic surgery at the University of Louisville, Dr.Gossman maintains a research interest in facial reanimation.
The author of numerous articles and a lecturer on the subjects of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Oculoplastic Surgery, he is Board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Clearly lays out what you need and what you don’t need, won’t do unnecessary cosmetic procedures on you to try and profit. That shows integrity in my book! Gives you thorough info packet on your procedure that thoroughly instructs you on what you can and cannot do before and walks you through what to expect pre operation, what will be done during operation, and how to care for your incisions and control pain effectively without narcotics!!! Just truly top notch, very impressed!!!!
