  Over the last four years, I have been to countless doctors, both local and abroad, and none of them have been half as helpful as Dr. Brady has been in the last few months since I've started treatment with him. He takes the time to really listen and assess the whole body's health. He starts treatment slow to give the body time to adjust and make sure the treatments are actually helping. I feel better than I have in years. I still have a long way to go, but I know I'll get there with Dr. Brady's help.

  My MD diagnosed a serious health condition, advised me about medications, and told me to eat more leafy greens and take vitamins. Good advice, but not enough to help me turn the situation around, or even to understand what had caused this health issue. (I was already eating leafy greens and taking vitamins!) I left her office feeling shocked and deflated. I took this diagnosis to Dr Brady, and had a totally different experience. We partnered together to learn what was causing my health issue from a metabolic standpoint. Over the course of lab tests, personalized health and diet assessments, and diagnostic manipulations, we discovered that some food allergies and an autoimmune issue had probably derailed my health. I was able to use this information to radically change my diet – still eating leafy greens! – to directly address the root of my health issue. I feel so much better now! And my new understanding of how my body works empowers me to be my own health care advocate. Dr Brady is a compassionate and curious health provider. He doesn’t simply address symptoms; he takes the time understand and treat the causes. I’m so grateful to have him on my team!
