My first time ordering from Warby Parker, and honestly I expected a better experience based on how Warby Parker presents themselves. There were 3 associates working. I was the only guest in the store and none of them approached me. I had to initiate the contact. Then the rest of the experience honestly felt like I was just on my own. I have never felt like a bother to sales associates before. I knew the styles I wanted to see based on the virtual try on in the app, which by the way is fabulous! So I was in and out in a short amount of time. I came to Warby Parker based on friend’s recommendations of their online experience, but I like a store environment to shop. Next time I will probably just go back to LensCrafters where I usually purchase my glasses.

It’s the The Summit, so it’s pretentious.We walked in and right away an employee, I kid you not, looked at me from head to toe and back up to meet my eyes, so uncomfortably obvious. I had on rain boots and a trench coat because it was torrential rain at our house, super awkward. I was there for my husband and he liked the frames he purchased.
