- MMmyahSep 29, 20261.0I went to this store 2 weeks ago and the lady who helped me apparently put my email address in incorrectly. Had to call customer service to get the tracking number just to find out she put my address in incorrectly too even though I repeated it 3 times to her in the store. Then my package got lost in transit and now I have to request a backup package but it is still sending any information about my package to the incorrect email she put in. And I’ve had to call three times to confirm they’ve fixed the address and email she incorrectly put in. Note to all customer service workers- turn the tablet around and ask the customer to confirm that the email address and shipping address is correct or they’ll have to wait over a month to receive their package because of your easily avoided mistakes.
