StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Lexington offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

However, my optimism quickly dissolved. Despite a floor occupied by three therapists and not a single other customer in sight, I was met with complete indifference—barely a nod or greeting, as if my presence was an inconvenience. Their blatant disregard for basic courtesy and professionalism was astonishing. Even as I departed, their half-hearted glances failed to mask their lack of decency. Frankly, I refuse to waste my time or money on a place that lacks professionalism and decides to pick and choose whom they would like as a customer. Avoid a place like this and go where you are valued as a new paying customer!

By the 6th week of StretchLab routines I have almost full motion back. I also had a neck-impingement pain that I accepted as permanent, but it has improved massively and some days I have no pain at all. This was a huge surprise.
