We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- KSKim Smitson2 days ago2.0Pre eye exam and exam was fine, it was after I found some frames that I wanted. The optical was having trouble with the computer, she kept saying that she could not fined my VSP insurance, she keep wanting to put it through my EyeMed insurance which would have caused my glasses to be over 500.00 dollars. This was last Thursday 7-3 , I was told I would get a call back almost a week later still no call to let me know she had run it through my VSP. I do not want the glasses now I have order from another place. Also, the other girl was able to get it to work I only had to pay my copay of 15.00 Thank You

When calling the store’s number, it goes straight to voicemail and I have never received a call back after several left voicemails. After calling Pearle Vision’s main number, I was told the only way to resolve any issue is to talk to the store directly and file a complaint. Still have not heard back from the district manager who is giving me the runaround via email. Do not waste your time and go elsewhere!
