- LClindsay cruser6 days ago5.0They fit my daughter in last minute, going into a holiday weekend as we are leaving out of the country tomorrow. Dr Fields followed up a couple of times through the day to make sure we were able to find a pharmacy open for the prescription since every place would be closed today. Keira was so helpful. Great experience during a stressful situation.
- HKHeather KeatonJul 2, 20261.0I gave a 1 star because leaving no stars isn’t an option. Absolutely the WORST experience EVER. The staff is unprofessional, in dress as well as manners. No one seems to know how to function without someone else telling them what to do. I waited way too long for my son’s glasses as well as my own. Mine were not correct so I asked for a refund. I was informed that I couldn’t get a refund, only different glasses. Exhausted of arguing I agreed to a different set of lenses. That was 4 weeks ago. I have still heard NOTHING from anyone regarding updates or estimated dates. No one answers the phone. Their hours are terrible and there is ZERO customer service.
