  The customer service at this Pearle Vision has been substandard at best this year. This is my 5th year using them and that have always had competent staff until this year. The first red flag was the employee was hung over and couldn’t focus or even figure out how to work the software systems, it took 1.5 hours to place our order even though we already knew what we wanted when we walked in. After a few more hiccups over 4 days with incompetent staff not knowing how to work their systems, we FINALLY got the order placed. Fast forward, 4.5 weeks we still do not have our glasses. Each time we call, there is a different excuse. I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from working with this location.

  Have been going to Pearle Vision for a few years now. Sadly, service has declined greatly over the years. Honestly, Dr. Fields and the eye exam process is not the issue it's the purchasing of glasses. Sadly, not being able to get them faster than 2 weeks is heartbreaking, especially if you don't have an old pair to fall back on. Not to mention, the 'on site repair' is not an option anymore. I picked up one of my new pair recently, I asked for an old pair get straightened but was told they were unable to do it because they were afraid they would break them. Still waiting on a 2nd pair to arrive. It should also be noted that the whole 'fitting' of glasses is not done anymore, where they make sure your eyes are in the frame correctly and they don't stretch when put on. So the new frames don't fit as well as the old ones.

  They fit my daughter in last minute, going into a holiday weekend as we are leaving out of the country tomorrow. Dr Fields followed up a couple of times through the day to make sure we were able to find a pharmacy open for the prescription since every place would be closed today. Keira was so helpful. Great experience during a stressful situation.

  I gave a 1 star because leaving no stars isn’t an option. Absolutely the WORST experience EVER. The staff is unprofessional, in dress as well as manners. No one seems to know how to function without someone else telling them what to do. I waited way too long for my son’s glasses as well as my own. Mine were not correct so I asked for a refund. I was informed that I couldn’t get a refund, only different glasses. Exhausted of arguing I agreed to a different set of lenses. That was 4 weeks ago. I have still heard NOTHING from anyone regarding updates or estimated dates. No one answers the phone. Their hours are terrible and there is ZERO customer service.
