I went in to have adjustment made on my daily wear glasses and my prescription glasses. The gentleman helping me was a total waste of my time and his time. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or lacked the knowledge to help me. Normally a lady(Shauna?) is there and she is all about customer service. First time for me going there and not getting good service.

Although the national chain website advertises glasses in an hour many of the stores no longer have an inhouse lab so that option is not necessarily available. Still highly recommended
