I have bought 5-6 pairs (or more)of lens from LensCrafters over the years but today is any indication of future service I will not be back. I went in to have adjustment made on my daily wear glasses and my prescription glasses. The gentleman helping me was a total waste of my time and his time. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or lacked the knowledge to help me. Normally a lady(Shauna?) is there and she is all about customer service. First time for me going there and not getting good service.

JR the associate who helped me could not have been more helpful or accommodating of me needs. Excellent service and highly recommend this store. Although the national chain website advertises glasses in an hour many of the stores no longer have an inhouse lab so that option is not necessarily available. Still highly recommended

I really appreciate the top notch service at LensCrafters. They have been very accommodating in making sure I get glasses that work for me. I do not have a simple prescription and they have been working with me to make sure I get what I need. They also took their time in helping me select the frames and lenses needed for my particular needs. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

The dr was great bur the frame side wasnt great, for someone who just paid $800 for glasses I feel they should've been charged up and given instructions on them, I was handed a box and sent on

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
