- MMMelissa MillerOct 26, 20265.0Dr. Crum was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to explain each step of my exam and provided the medical reasoning behind everything she was doing. I truly appreciated her kindness, sweet demeanor, and professionalism. She made me feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout my visit. It was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend her! The ladies in the store next door were wonderful as well and helped me to make a decision on my new pair of glasses.
- LJLisa JenkinsOct 10, 20265.0Bree was great! I was dreading getting new glasses. She made it easy and quick. Very friendly and knowledgeable. You are lucky to have her! Thanks!
- SHShane HaggstromOct 9, 20261.0Trying to upsell you frames and other things. The actual ophthalmologist is a nice person to work with. But the lens people and whatnot to try to get your prescription sounds like they want to sell only internal and their stuff.. expensive too
- CScheriante steeleOct 5, 20265.0I purchased sunglasses from LensCrafters and experienced an issue with them. After contacting the manufacturer, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact LensCrafters again. Unfortunately, LensCrafters Support was unable to assist me. I then called the store and spoke with Mrs.Sam, whose customer service was amazing. She informed me that the store manager, Mrs. Beverly, would call me back within 30–45 minutes. Mrs. Beverly called as promised and worked quickly to resolve the issue. What I expected to take numerous calls and emails was resolved in less than five minutes! If you want a store that truly values customer service, this is the place to go. The customer service is phenomenal. They genuinely want their customers to be happy and saved me a great deal of time and frustration.
- KSKevin SouthwoodOct 1, 20265.0I had a great experience with LensCrafters getting my prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses. The whole process was easy and the staff was helpful and professional. My sunglasses turned out great, and the prescription lenses are clear and exactly what I was looking for. The Ray-Bans look great, fit comfortably, and having them made with my prescription makes a huge difference. I’m very happy with the quality and service I received from LensCrafters. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for prescription sunglasse
Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters
How do I know if my child needs glasses?
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
