  Visited there for the first time and was very happy with the service. The line is not long to wait, staff are very friendly. Ms. Samantha Criswell, APRN was very attentive and caring. They even send diagnosis results after-hours and non-office hours. Am really thankful for their 24/7 care. Will return there if I have any more pains. Thank you!!

  Kathy with prior authorizations and Megan have been helping me get a medication authorized by my insurance that they don’t cover, but is medically necessary for my health. Kathy has gone above and beyond what I expected in dealing with a difficult insurance company. Deep appreciation goes out to both of them and any who have assisted with my care.

  I have been a patient here for years, but my recent experiences with this office have been extremely disappointing. I have encountered repeated rudeness from the front desk staff, along with poor communication regarding test results and next steps for my care. Most recently, during a telehealth appointment with Amanda Fox, I attempted to ask questions about my health concerns and felt that my questions were dismissed. Instead of addressing them, I was told it might be best to find a different provider, which came across as very unprofessional and discourteous. Unfortunately, due to these experiences, I will not be continuing my care here and would not recommend this office to others.

  I had a really positive experience with Shelby Riggs during my in office procedure. She took excellent care of me and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her bedside manner was warm and reassuring, which made a big difference. The nurse assisting was also incredibly kind and supportive. I also regularly see Meagan Obst, who is incredibly kind and caring. She truly listens to my concerns and works with me to get to the bottom of my symptoms.
