- ASAmber SmithMay 12, 20261.0I have been a patient here for years, but my recent experiences with this office have been extremely disappointing. I have encountered repeated rudeness from the front desk staff, along with poor communication regarding test results and next steps for my care. Most recently, during a telehealth appointment with Amanda Fox, I attempted to ask questions about my health concerns and felt that my questions were dismissed. Instead of addressing them, I was told it might be best to find a different provider, which came across as very unprofessional and discourteous. Unfortunately, due to these experiences, I will not be continuing my care here and would not recommend this office to others.

She took excellent care of me and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her bedside manner was warm and reassuring, which made a big difference. The nurse assisting was also incredibly kind and supportive. I also regularly see Meagan Obst, who is incredibly kind and caring. She truly listens to my concerns and works with me to get to the bottom of my symptoms.
