  I have been a patient at FPA for over 13 years and have always been pleased with my visits! Front desk /check out staff are always kind and welcoming. Their clinical staff and nurses always do a great job with triaging and keeping you updated. Dr. Farmer is my PCP; I am always impressed with her “bedside” manners. She listens to my concerns and just when I think there is no hope for my issues- she has a well thought out treatment plan. Her clinical knowledge is extensive and I always feel that I am receiving the best care! Very grateful for the care my family receives at FPA!

  Great service each time at sign in! Very short wait time. I love Dr Applegate. He is so kind and I have total confidence in him. Very impressed with total practice. Very efficient and run a good ship.

  Visited there for the first time and was very happy with the service. The line is not long to wait, staff are very friendly. Ms. Samantha Criswell, APRN was very attentive and caring. They even send diagnosis results after-hours and non-office hours. Am really thankful for their 24/7 care. Will return there if I have any more pains. Thank you!!

  Kathy with prior authorizations and Megan have been helping me get a medication authorized by my insurance that they don’t cover, but is medically necessary for my health. Kathy has gone above and beyond what I expected in dealing with a difficult insurance company. Deep appreciation goes out to both of them and any who have assisted with my care.
