We specialize in therapeutic massage, chronic and acute pain management, rehabilitation, stress and anxiety management and more. Our Lexington massage therapists are highly skilled and go through extensive training in order to be a part of our Team. We also complete a minimum of 12 hours of continuing massage education each year to stay up to date and to deliver the best massage experience in Lexington KY.

Not only did Cara give the most amazing massage, she was attentive and took the time to chat with me to understand what I wanted out of the massage, but the reality is, she gave me what I needed. I swear I walked out of there taller because of her! LoL And she is just the sweetest person! Also had the privilege of speaking with the owner, Corey, who was just simply beyond kind and made the visit even better! It’s obvious how much he cares and how attentive he is to his team, customers, and business overall! Can’t say enough good things about him! Wish I could give them 10 stars! Can’t recommend them enough!

You can tell he truly cares about helping his clients feel better and takes the time to figure out what’s causing the issue instead of just addressing the symptoms. He continually checked in throughout the massage, explained everything he was doing, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in! I also had the opportunity to talk with Corey, the owner, and he was absolutely wonderful! He was attentive, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel truly valued as a client. It’s clear that he cares deeply about both his clients and the quality of care they receive. I highly recommend West and the entire team!

- ABAsh BantaApr 2, 20265.0Corey hands down is the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. He is not only a honest and caring businessman, he goes out of his way to accommodate to you. He has rare tools that no one else has that he even changed the laws to have it because he knew what it could do for people which is why it was illegal in the first place. I have been going to massage places for years and never got the response I received today from him. He elevated pain I've had for a long time that I didnt even know where it came from or how to get rid of it. I felt like I lost another person from my body. This is the first time ive ever walked out of a massage and wasn't still in pain. He is also hilarious. His office is beautiful and the energy alone will get rid of baggage you bring.
