  Love body structure! It’s been an awesome experience with my trainer Bambi gaining muscle, tone, and overall strength and endurance. This is the one time in life I have committed to coming back. Bambis knowledge and training far exceeds anyone I’ve trained with and I’m appreciative! The staff is amazing and the customers are all friendly (lots of regulars!). Their PT services are exceptional as well and I’m thankful to Nick. Thank you Kevin for what you provide at your business and also thanks to Brandon, Crystal, Shawn, and Laura! Shout out to Nick and Josh too!

  Highly recommend Body Structure Medical Fitness!! This is a great place for young athletes to rehab. We took our 12 year old daughter here who had a shoulder injury - the staff was awesome! Matt, PT was very thorough and attentive to her rehab. Great experience, will definitely go back for any future rehab needs.

  I have been working with Adam for a year and the strength I have gained in areas that needed improvement are immeasurable. He shows up fully submerged in our workout, it attentive, motivating, and each workout is personalized for my needs. Much of our focus has been golf specific per my request. His knowledge of the body and muscle groups required to prevent injury and build power have been a game changer for me. For all you golfers out there looking to feel more powerful and gain some yardage while improving your mobility, Adam is a go to. I owe him a debt of gratitude for helping me find a better, stronger version of myself.
