- MHMelissa HaysOct 5, 20265.0Absolutely love Dr. Livas and Dr. Rose. Been going to Dr. Livas for 20 years and he has been a pleasure to see and is always helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
- CAcarrie atkinsonMay 23, 20262.0The doctor was very kind but immediately ordered skin testing which I’d had done previously at another provider and which was expensive. The results didn’t help with identifying the cause of my chronic hives. He didn’t consider even attempting to look for a root cause- while I understand it can be difficult, there are a handful of causes that traditional doctors can test for which should be addressed before giving up and ordering a biologic. He was only interested in having me come every six weeks to see if I was ready to give up and take the biologic yet, so I finally gave up on him. He might be helpful with other allergy issues, but for chronic hives he was only interested in ordering expensive skin tests which were unhelpful (even after I explained that I’d had them before) and immediately prescribing strong meds to simply mask symptoms. If you are interested in any attempt to consider root causes, this is not the doctor for you.
