  WARNING TO THE DISABLED - MOBILE WHEELCHAIR BLEW A TIRE, THEY CAME AND PICKED UP WHEELCHAIR AND LEFT ME STRANDED BY SIDE OF THE ROAD IN A CITY WHERE NO CABS ARE AVAILABLE NEAR NO BUS STOPS IN HEAT ADVISORY WEATHER UNABLE TO WALK MORE THAN 10 FT. This was just the cherry on top of an all-out horrible experience from beginning to end will be contacting an attorney as soon as I get out of the hospital as I just had to call 911 wanted to make sure I got this post out on p Las soon as possible so nobody has to go through what I am. *EDIT* I was NEVER told I could not take it outside or does it say in any of my paperwork. And even if you insurance doesn't cover transportation of a disabled client, the least you could do is try to help them find transportation in a emergency situation. The fact you were completely fine leaving someone who can't walk more then 10 ft who's hysterically crying, knowing that there are no cabs and no where near a bus stop in heat advisory weather speaks volumes for your professional and moral character Qqq

  Love this place. If you need ANY medical equipment, Pennyrile is the place to go. The products are first rate and true staff is excellent

  The owner is very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone. They are unorganized and don't communicate with one another to know what's going on. Very very dissatisfied with this company. Thumbs down! If I could give no stars I would.
