Burlington is my primary pharmacy, so I had no personal experiences with the Hebron location until his script was transferred. The amount of care, concern, and thoughtfulness she displayed to help resolve the issues we were having, was incredible!!! I can not thank her enough for being the person she is!! Her communication skills are out of this world. She is such as asset to your pharmacy. She made us feel like we were her only priority, without ever even meeting us. I can not say enough great things about her. I just hope she is recongized for her skill sets and genuine personable approach she has, when handling things on behalf of the pharmacy!

I had 1 lady (employee) push my cart out of her way and told me to stay out of her way ( that she was working ) it's not just her!!! It's all the employees pulling orders that are very rude. I must have missed the notice that says ( we are not customers) that we need to get out of the way to all kroger employees pulling orders. UNBELIEVABLE !! SO THIS IS HOW KROGER TREATS THIER CUSTOMERS. YOU CAN GO?? BUT MAKE SURE YOU STAY OUT OF THEIR WAY.
