- MTMary TinsleyJun 1, 20211.0If I could give Zero stars I would. I am a travel nurse who moved to a location further away from Kroger. Probably 1-1.5 hours away. Where I live now is a Walmart Pharmacy about a tenth of a mile away. Tried to transfer my Rx to Walmart for a Week. First Kroger told them I had no Rx. Next call I had no refills. Next call they would transfer it. Never happened. I called and they messed around 10 minutes with me on the phone finally disconnecting me. Called back acted like they had never heard of me or my Rx. Finally connected to Pharmacist who sent Rx to wrong pharmacy and laughed about it. Solved the problem by calling my doctor and had new Rx sent to Walmart who have been so kind and patient and tried so hard to help. Kroger I have used your services over 20 years. NEVER AGAIN.
