  I called this Kroger pharmacy to check on a prescription that had been called in about an hour earlier. The woman who answered was extremely rude and snappy from the start. She told me it would be another two and a half hours. When I paused and said, "Dang, that seems kinda..." (trying to find the right words), she immediately cut me off with a loud "EXCUSE ME!" It should not take nearly 4 hours total to fill a prescription. This level of service shows a clear lack of care for customers, especially when it involves medication for a child. Unfortunately, it seems like this isn't an isolated issue... Kroger corporate needs to address the problems at this location. I will be taking my family's prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

  This is by far the slowest most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Too many times they do not fill prescriptions in less than 24 hours. The last straw was trying to get a medicated mouth wash for my kid ordered by Dr at 2pm the day before. Arrived at pharmacy around noon and they had not started it and wanted me to wait, will be dropping the services. There’s a reason they have a 2.2 rating. Their customer service people are also very snooty and act as if they’re doing you a huge favor by filing your prescriptions. As a Veteran this is not how I expect to be treated. This place is just one fail after another.

  I went there to get a prescription for my wife. The staff there was knowledgeable and helpful to me. I was unaware certain vitamins she was taking could interact with her medication and that helped us to talk with her doctor to determine what would be beneficial to her.

  went in, the girl at the counter told me 20-25 and my script would be ready. came back 35 min later (after wandering around Kroger) and was told that it was not ready, and would be only another 15 min. came back 20 min later, and still not ready! wandered around the store for another 20 min, then checked again - and STILL not ready. I was in pain and uncomfortable, and just had to go home. they called me at 1:30, which was 2.5 hours after what they originally told me (20-25 min). DOUBLE OR TRIPLE WHATEVER TIME THEY TELL YOU. sometimes I wonder if they just do that, to keep you in the store, they figure in you wandering around you will buy extra (which we did). not a good experience for me there, though the actual prescriptions were correct.
