- EREmily ReiterJul 31, 20265.0I love how the classes are challenging, but not impossible. I never feel discouraged and I notice small improvements in my form and performance class after class; just the change to my physique and endurance after only 4 weeks has been astonishing! All of the instructors are great at providing hands-on corrections as well as doing in-depth cues during the class so that people like me, a very literal thinker, are able to follow and pick up on sequences quickly. I also appreciate how the instructors take time to know you & offer encouragement during classes- all of the instructors are great but Meredith, Lauren and Nicole are some of my absolute favorites. It's a very welcoming atmosphere at the Ft. Wright location as well, everyone is very friendly and encouraging, staff and members alike. Pure Barre could turn anybody into a fitness class junkie - it certainly did for me!

Great opportunity to use the mirror effect (psychology) to keep you on your healthy habits. Clean friendly studio. Safe workout for everyone. Even in the midst of a pandemic they’ve gone above and beyond to make a safe workout zone. These classes are the real deal! Highly recommend!
