I never feel discouraged and I notice small improvements in my form and performance class after class; just the change to my physique and endurance after only 4 weeks has been astonishing! All of the instructors are great at providing hands-on corrections as well as doing in-depth cues during the class so that people like me, a very literal thinker, are able to follow and pick up on sequences quickly. I also appreciate how the instructors take time to know you & offer encouragement during classes- all of the instructors are great but Meredith, Lauren and Nicole are some of my absolute favorites. It's a very welcoming atmosphere at the Ft. Wright location as well, everyone is very friendly and encouraging, staff and members alike. Pure Barre could turn anybody into a fitness class junkie - it certainly did for me!

- APA PJun 6, 20195.0Staff and gym goers are all fantastic. Workouts are top-notch, and I am toning incredibly well after only going there a few months. It's certainly worth the money. Get unlimited monthly membership and go every day! Get your money's worth and invest in yourself! Update: I've been going to this gym for 3 years and I still love it! The workouts are switched up every 3 months, and all of the ladies there have been incredibly inspiring and motivating. I am so thankful I joined. These workouts have changed my life 🙌 Update: I'm still attending after 4 years, and I still love it! Go check out a class, you won't be disappointed!!
