  Staff are lovely, friendly, and helpful. The lines are slow and wait times can be long because it seems they're often very short-staffed, but service is always positive and as concise as possible. They're also on top of helping you find discounts and savings if your meds aren't insured. I have never had an issue, and have even been able to expedite some of my needed prescriptions if they were not ready for pick-up at the time I arrived.

  Medications are never filled on time. I always call ahead before I go to pick up my medications and they will tell me it'll be 30 minutes. I arrive 30 minutes later and they haven't even started filling the medications. They need more employees and a better method to filling medications on time.

  This is a great pharmacy with great staff. You can tell that they try to accommodate being one of the busiest pharmacies in the whole region. Although it may take a bit longer to get a script filled here because of the volume, they’re always nice and willing to help!

  Still waiting after two days for a Rx that I submitted on site from the MD. They indicated they needed more info, and said they called the doctor. Checked with the doctor after waiting two days; the MD office has received no calls from the pharmacy. Gave my wife mfg recalled drug and refused to take it back and remove it from insurance. Kroger Rx has lost all understanding of customer service; they need to wake up.

  Incredibly helpful and courteous staff. The wait usually isn't bad. 1 drive thru lane and 3 registers inside.
