Two years in a row now and three separate occasions and at BOTH locations in the area I have had issues with this office with scheduling. On each occasion, I scheduled an eye exam only to be called a few days prior to said appointment to be told there was no doctor available for that shift. This also happened after I called back to reschedule and THEY picked the date. The glasses I ordered last year did not have polycarbonate lenses even though I paid for them so they are impossibly heavy. When I mentioned this last year the person at the counter simply said "Well I don't usually work at this store amd they move us all around all the time so who knows". It is clearly a wildly understaffed company spreading all of its employees too thin. I will never be returning. Just a heads up y'all, costco has a vision department and takes almost every insurance. I highly suggest taking your business to a better company altogether.

I purchased a pair of glasses and designer sunglasses from here after an eye exam. I’ve literally been in and out of the hospital for 3 years and have only been able to wear my sunglasses a handful of times. The lens keeps popping out. The gal said, it was probably improperly made by the manufacturer. She reset it. Not a day later it pops out again. So they have the manager call me to tell me that there was nothing they could do to help me further because it had been 3 years and their time frame is 3 months! 3 months is your guarantee? Diabolical! The manager that called was very condescending, rude and talked so fast to get her point across first. Mind you I was kind, tried to explain what has happened, she didn’t care! There was simply 0 customer service! I keep my glasses in their special case and take very good care of them! Oh and get this, when I ordered these designer sunglasses, it took them forever to get them in because the gal didn’t know how to use my insurance and had to call other stores. Just makes me upset. A simple solution could have saved you 4 customers! We will be taking our services and money where we are treated with respect and kindness.

Everything about my experience was wonderful! Appointment availability, almost zero wait time, courteous employees, in depth explanations by the doctor and he listened to me, everything was clean, available options clear and contacts received within 4 days. 11 out of 10! Clear vision helps me to enjoy life including my outdoor adventures 😊
