We had a great experience at Florence Pearle! The manager Drew helped us through the entire process and made my son feel at ease with his eye exam and helped him pick out his glasses. Dr Tabeling was wonderful! We definitely will be coming back to this location for our eye care. Thank you to everyone there who helped with our bank to school glasses 🤓

My wife and I come here every year. Dr Tabeling is the best eye doctor in town. Drew is very helpful and always answering our concerning questions. We never have a problem coming here. I would recommend this Pearle Vision to everyone.

Changed their hours with absolutely no warning and now we can’t get to the store during their crappy hours which aren’t correct on this site to even pick up the glasses we ordered with their previous store hours.

I left a voicemail during the week and never received a call back. Your posted Saturday hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., yet there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot and no one was inside the store. I called scheduling, and they tried transferring me to the front desk to see if anyone would answer—as I sat in my car looking directly at the empty front desk. Consumers aren’t asking for perfection; we simply want businesses to communicate clearly and get the basics right. I got a call yesterday 8:18 from Drew, the Marketing Manager at Pearle Vision in Florence. She wasn’t calling about the voicemail I left two weeks ago; she was calling because I had gone to the store during posted business hours, only to find it closed with no one there. During the conversation, she also asked me for the serial number from my glasses and case. Since I had her on the phone, I brought up another issue. When I purchased my glasses, I was sold a warranty and specifically told that replacing the frame would cost $25. When I eventually had to replace the frame at another location, I was charged $100. I explained that to Drew, and she said sometimes the price changes with Meta. I told her that may be the case now, but that’s not what I was sold when I purchased the glasses and warranty. I then asked for her manager’s name because I wanted to take the issue further. She told me she was the person I needed to speak with. I said, respectfully, everyone has someone they answer to, and I would like to speak with whoever is ultimately responsible for handling customer complaints. She said she wasn’t going to answer that. At that point, I told her that if she didn’t want to provide that information, I would find out who her supervisor was myself. I’m not looking for special treatment. I’m simply asking for the terms I was promised when I purchased the warranty to be honored. Customer service should be about standing behind what you sell and taking responsibility when something goes wrong.
