- RBRobert BrownFeb 2, 20265.0I had a slight problem on 2/29 with my right hearing aid - called as was scheduled 2/20 in the morning. When calling, the receptionist asked: "How can I make your day better". Wow!! The long and the short of it, Rodney solved the situation in a few minutes and I was on my way. My only disappointment is that I can't rate them higher than 5 stars. What's with that - should be 15 or better!!!!!!!!

- BBBarbara BrunsMar 22, 20235.0I've worn hearing aids for 12 years. The first pair came from a provider in my ENT physician's office. They helped and I wore them for 5 years. The second pair came from a big box store and were awful. Six years ago I got a new job in a very technical company and knew I needed to hear better in order to succeed on the job. I went to Rodney and he fitted me with hearing aids that made my hearing so much closer to what it was before I started losing it. I was able to succeed at work and, more importantly, to enjoy family gatherings and personal relationships so much more, because I can hear most everything being said! Rodney provides very responsive and very caring service - I'm glad to have found him and I'd recommend Florence Miracle Ear to anyone.
