  I was on my way to a vacation and my hearing aid charger stopped working. I was able to get in touch with Rodney's store and he told me to come in. Going in I was prepared to but a new unit but Rodney was able to fix the one I had and was able to take it on my trip. Both Rodney and the other worker were highly professional and courteous and were able to take care of my problem.

  Rodney’s the best! He will relate hearing needs practically and clinically. He truly cares about you and your success. He has a solution to help live with confidence. Referrals are hard to come by and we were referred by two people to see Rodney. Now we know why! Fantastic customer care and support. Thank you for a new lease on life!

  Rodney does an excellent job of taking care of all my hearing issues. The hearing aids he recommended have been outstanding and I feel more aware of what is being said around me. The office is very easy to connect with and they are very flexible and accommodating to any schedule changes I might need. I highly recommend Miracle Ear and this location, Rodney is a true professional and you will be in good hands.

  Rodney and staff are incredible. Hearing tests are very professional. Custom fitted hearing aids work incredibly well with user controlled modes for multiple environments. Computer programming of the hearing aids setup the modes that match your lifestyle. And if something goes wrong with one or both aids, walk-in service always remedies the issue within minutes. A great device supported by a great team at the Florence location.

  Avoid this place at all cost. I received a flyer in the mail to participate in a “special promotion” in exchange for your time you are promised a free hearing test and video otoscope along with a free set of listening ears (more on this later). I made the appointment and informed them that I had hearing aids but was not satisfied with them. I showed up for my appointment and met with one of the RUDEST salespeople I have dealt with in a long time. He reminded me of a stereotypical used car salesman. We started with a little small talk and then Rodney stated you were supposed to bring your wife with you and he a was little snippy that she wasn’t here. Now when you make the appointment they ask you to bring a spouse or family member because that is a voice that’s familiar to you. I thought this was a little strange and it reminded me of the time share or free investment con game. You know the high pressure sales game when they get you both in room. Then Rodney asked if I had a hearing test before and I informed him that I had, along with the time frames that I had them. I also told Rodney that I wasn’t satisfied with them and that’s why I am here. Instead of embracing that information and saying well let me show you how miracle ear will blow the competition away he starts getting pissy about me already having hearing tests and hearing aids. I couldn’t believe the nasty attitude he was giving me. I told him multiple times well let’s just end it right here. Eventually I got up a walked out. Some things to note - they do not accept any insurance. Rodney’s reason was they don’t take insurance because they would have to claim that their hearing aids are the best. It was a nonsensical statement and at this point I really didn’t want to converse with him any more. Also pay attention to asterisk regarding the free listening ears. They are free for a “trial period”. So to summarize this guy was a total jerk and it appears the miracle ear company is just another con game. You would think there would be some decency especially when dealing with mostly senior citizens but apparently then have no shame. I welcome a response from this company.
