  I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dental office. On the day of my appointment, they rescheduled last-minute. It was clear I was their last appointment of the day, and they wanted to get me in an hour earlier so they could go home. When I arrived, the door was locked with no sign or explanation. I waited in my car ten minutes and tried again. They stated the entire office had just come back from lunch. Throughout the visit, I never even spoke directly to the dentist. While in the room, the dentist only addressed the hygienist, never speaking to me about the health of my teeth or asking if I had any questions. Instead, he spent the time chatting with the hygienist about his personal life. I was never once addressed by him and was rushed out the door with no time to ask questions. Meanwhile during my cleaning, the hygienist mentioned a spot on my tooth that the dentist inspected with a tool but never discussed with me. The hygienist also brought up gingivitis during the cleaning but didn't provide any follow-up advice or tips to address it. I could not ask as it was mid-cleaning. I never saw my X-rays or received any clear explanation of my dental health. To make matters worse, they started work without clarifying what my insurance would cover, even though they said they'd check first. I ended up being charged $50 over my copay without any prior notice. I also had to ask the receptionist at check out when I'd hear from them about my root canal evaluation -- something I had emphasized multiple times. It was only at this time that the dentist spoke directly to me, after being called into the lobby to discuss it, which felt extremely unprofessional. On top of everything, I was asked three separate times if I wanted to schedule my cleaning, despite repeatedly saying no. It felt like they were more focused on pushing unnecessary appointments than addressing my actual concerns. Overall, this office demonstrated a serious lack of communication, transparency, and care. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

  On my visit to Dr. Foote's office on 02/05/2019 I had the pleasure of dealing with the most knowledgeable and nicest person you would ever meet in any Doctor's office. Kirstie has been taking care of me for a number of years and has always done an outstanding job. She makes going to the Dentist a fun experience, as you never know she is working on you. Very little pain, if any. Dr Foote did and outstanding job when he hired Kirstie. She deals effectively with people and dose an exceptional job. She is always upbeat and looking for at the bright side of any given situation. Her flexibility enables her to deal with stressful situations and works well under pressure. I'm sure that she can accomplish any goals she sets her mind to. Dr. Foote has all the same qualities as Kirstie. It's always a pleasure to have him working on you. He knows what he is doing, and then some. The office force is a great group to deal with also. My whole experience with Dr Foote and his employees has always been a pleasure.   On Sunday December 23 I had an old crown come out. I called Dr. Foote to just leave a message not knowing when the crown could be put back on. Luckily one of the options on the answering machine was a number to push for when things like this happen. Lenora answered the call. I explained what happen. She gave me a call back to meet her and Dr. Foote at the office. My crown was put in. Wow!!! Fabulous customer service. They made my Christmas much better.

  Everyone is friendly and knowledgable. I completely trust Dr. Foote and his staff. He cares about his patients and always knows the best action plan. I hope he doesn't retire for a very long time.
