- KBKaren BellAug 6, 20265.0Got a pair of glasses and realized the frames were too big for my face. Went back to change them and got the nicest representative I could imagine. No guilt trip for my change. Super caring. My insurance just changed and it was my first experience with them. Very impressed and pleased with the cost and especially the service!
