Went for the exam, was told that I would receive my gift card in about three weeks. Nine weeks later still waiting. Emailed and called several times and still haven't received my gift card. Thinking that it was nothing more than a scam and should report it to the Kentucky Attorney General's Fraud Division.

- AUA Google UserAug 25, 20241.0I am very upset with the service received at the Erlanger Miracle Ear location. Ever since Mr. Guy Tieke went into retirement, the service there has gone downhill. The turnover of technicians has been awful. Mr. Guy Tieke would personally assist everyone. Now, when you have an appointment to have your hearing aids serviced or cleaned, the Receptionist does this not the Technician. What are the Receptionist's qualifications to do this? Furthermore, Mr. Tieke would check your ears at each visit for any wax buildup and remove any wax that he found. His successors (including the current Technician) do not do this. Unlike his successors, Mr. Guy Tieke knew the meaning of "Customer Service"!
