St. Elizabeth has expanded our Medical Village Pharmacy on our Edgewood campus to include a Specialty Pharmacy. This program allows us to fill prescriptions for patients with critical and complex conditions, such as cancer, HIV and hep C. These medications require closer monitoring than other maintenance medications and our Specialty Pharmacists play an important role in the continuum of care by counseling patients as well as coordinating the prescription process with your physicians and the entire care team. We’ll answer your questions, assist you in managing side effects and lend additional support.
