  When a 96 year old lady says she isn't going to buy new hearing aids, you shouldn't try to make her feel guilty by telling her she must not want to hear better. She doesn't need a lecture! Trying to get her son to agree with you isn't cool either. She told you she couldn't afford new ones and what she had was working for her. You said there was help available but sure didn't offer to find out if she would qualify. You were very condescending from the moment she walked in and talked down to her as if she a child. It was a bad experience for my mom that she didn't deserve!!

  Miracle Ear of Danville Ky has been providing awesome care for my parents hearing needs for many years. They come to them when they need new technology because they are just so outstanding in helping them maintain their hearing aids and making adjustments as needed for them to hear more clearly as they continue to have changes in their health. My parents get personalized care and are so thankful for the improvement that they bring to their hearing quality. I would highly recommend Miracle Ear of Danville if you are looking for a hearing test or new hearing aids. You can’t go wrong with them.
