  I took both of my children to this location and I was greeted with a wonderful and charming staff that did an incredible job of helping my 16 and 8 year old feel comfortable with their first time glasses. This is a great place to get a caring experience with a terrific price. Shout out Reagan, she really made the entire thing a smooth and comfortable process. 5/5 Would recommend.

  RUN RUN FAST AWAY FROM THESE "CROOKS" If I could give a 0 I would! I have still yet to receive my refund of 100's of dollars from them. I never received my glasses either. I'm handicapped as well. My husband and I went in the same day for exam & to pick out our glasses. He had no issues. We were both scheduled by Regan to come pick up our finished glasses. He got his no problem. He told them I was going to try & come later as it was a bad day for me. I was able to go in the afternoon same day as my husband. When she handed me the glasses she looked at the paper & said here are your readers. WOW. The price I paid for & purchased were glasses with Trans 7 Grey. So of course they sent them back & then sent me an extra bill for 110.07. UNREAL. I just want my full charges refunded ASAP. I have contacted what they call Customer Care 3 times & it's just been FALSENESS & FAKE HELP!! Their day in Court will come!!

  1. The doctor and staff were nice. 2. The prices are terribly inflated. I have attempted to call corporate and also the parent company, but both have everything so locked up, no 1 can get through to discuss issues. 3. You cannot withhold my records. It is vital for me to have ALL my medical records d/t many changes in my overall health. You can refer to KRS 422.317, which states that everyone is permitted to have their medical records, and the 1st copy is free. I will need that copy when I pick up my glasses. 4. I would have given anything to have cancelled this order and taken my script elsewhere, but pv has locked that up too. Lesson learned, but at least I can go to another company next year.
