  My favorite part was the space age rappers from the future on all the posters plastered on the glass. Nothing says “we can help you see better” like some garbage ai big brother tech and cringe trend marketing covering the front of the building.

  Reagan at Pearle Vision in Cold Spring, KY, just helped me place an order for new lenses (and new frames). It was a pleasant experience because she was so welcoming, competent, and efficient. Reagan helped me find the right frames and helped me with an insurance glitch that needed fixing. Yay!

  Was able to make an appointment quickly, friendly staff, found I had an unknown insurance. Wrote a prescription saying I was boarder line in need of and wasn’t pushy about me buying a pair of glasses before I could leave the store.

  So everything was great about my experience. The doctor and staff were great. My only complaint is I already bought my ray ban meta glasses. Want to get my prescription lenses put in them. Was told I can only get those lenses if i paid for the frames. So I took the prescription and went somewhere where they let me buy the lenses

  I took both of my children to this location and I was greeted with a wonderful and charming staff that did an incredible job of helping my 16 and 8 year old feel comfortable with their first time glasses. This is a great place to get a caring experience with a terrific price. Shout out Reagan, she really made the entire thing a smooth and comfortable process. 5/5 Would recommend.
